Replace and Refund Policy
All of our products and solutions come with limited warranty. Warranty should be written on the invoice/bill unless otherwise. Customers are requested to inform us immediately if they find any problem with our products or solutions. In the case of a new product, customers must report within 24hours of the delivery by email/telephone. Our customer support team will try to resolve the problem otherwise it will be replaced within 7days.
If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable time. We will try to resolve the problem with the help of our technical team. If the problem is found non-fixable then we will replace the product immediately from the stock or within 7days of the complaint.
Products cannot replace in case of physical damage, burnt, open and tried to repair by the clients.
We will try to resolve and serve the purpose that clients need. In this case, if we fail to serve the purpose by replacing or failing to deliver the product the customer will be eligible for the refund by sending the product to us. Systech Smart Solutions will take care of the refund within the given time.
